About me

As a dual-subspecialty diagnostic radiologist with a passion for podcasting and radiology education, I am pleased to bring you The Radiology Review Podcast and The Radiology Review Insider. From taking and passing the ABR Core Exam, ABR Certifying Exam, and ABR Nuclear Medicine Subspecialty Exam—while also enjoying my life outside of radiology—I understand that convenient on-the-go radiology education is valuable.

I have experience as a radiology physician scientist and clinical radiologist at leading cancer centers. I have been the Principal Investigator on multiple investigator initiated, society sponsored, and industry sponsored clinical trials evaluating cancer detection using new and emerging technologies. I am also an expert in imaging response assessment for oncology trials.

I enjoy contributing to the radiology and nuclear medicine communities through various medical imaging societies. I have been a reviewer for multiple radiology journals.

I have media experience, and have been featured nationally on venues such as PBS and Katie Couric Media, as well as other local, regional, national, and international media venues.

Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities such as trail running, rock climbing, and kayaking. I frequently am found at home behind a book or playing video games with my kids.
